To Install Canvas APP on magento please do following steps:
1. Copy catalogue_assets dir into your magento rood dir (if you change name of folder or change path - you need to do appropriate changes in CMS page, see #2)
2. Create Magento CMS page and put there content (with disabled wysiwyg editor) from file cms_page.txt
3. Form should be available via URL of CMS page
